The Collagen Martini


Since alcohol can be so dehydrating, collagen keeps your skin glowing and also supports your digestive system, which can take a beating after a long night. The great thing about mixing collagen into your drink is that it’s colorless and flavorless, meaning you’re adding tons of nutrients without putting any sugar or additives. The best thing about this recipe is that it’s completely versatile! 



  • 1.5 oz high quality vodka

  • 1 scoop collagen peptides

  • Splash of dry vermouth

Flavoring of your choice (sometimes I’ll opt for something pre-mixed, like Vital Protein’s Beauty Waters, or I’ll just add some fresh fruit to the cocktail mixer when mixing it up)

Directions: Add all ingredients into a martini shaker with ice, shake well, strain and serve up in a martini glass. Garnish with olives, a lemon twist, or fresh fruit to fancy it up.  

Serves 1.
